It's so easy to freeze your herb...MissGreenTea:<br />It's so easy to freeze your herbs this way: use fresh herbs, chop up as finely as you want, pack a "cube" space in the ice cube tray, fill with water. Stick in freezer.<br /><br />After completely frozen, pop the cubes out, and stick them in a zip lock bag.
